So i decided i'd do my first ever monthly favourites and i've been planning this for a while but October seemed the perfect month because i've renewed my love with some old products and new so it seemed a good mixture. So here are my October favourites:
/Body collection Lipstick in shade-51 Straw: I have been frequently wearing this neutral pink lipstick as i feel it's to cold for hot pinks and hot corals. As i said it's very neutral and really doesn't look out of place at all in this cold weather. It's not glitter pigminted but not very matte either i'd say it's much more moisturising than anything else. You could wear it with a gloss as i have done a couple of times. But depending on where i'm going and the time i have i normally just wear it on it's own./Primark Eye shadow crayon: I've had this for a while and never really found a good use for it until the past few weeks. Becasuse it's such a golden colour i use it in the inner corner of my eye and take it a bit up to the lid (just a line) and a tiny bit under the eye on the water line. The brightness in the gold helps me to look awake. But i have to use it depending on what colour eyeshadow i have on. I dont use it every day but every once in a while and especially of a evening or for a night out./Rimmel London Eyeful Eye Glistener-Crayon Scintillan in shade-700 FLAUNT: I must confess i don't use this as much as my Primark Eye shadow crayon just because i feel this has a much more orange tone rather than a gold tone but i've started to work it into my routine, but for me it's not an everyday product and definitely more of a night out product than for a day to day bases./Simple pure soap for sensitive skin: You probably read my other blog post dedicated to the Simple products i brought, and although this is not review time, i have been loving this soap throughout october and i have found it's helped my skin./MUA Lipstick shade-11: I have only been using this product in the last few weeks of october because i reformed my love with it. I've had it a while and it just didn't get touched in the run up to summer or in summer itself (that's probably because it's brown) a much more autumn based colour. I have actually had a few compliments wearing this colour. It's a very matte lipstick with a slight glitter pigmentation but not alot at all (it barely shows). I also find that it lasts alot longer than any of my other brown lipsticks./MUA blusher in shade-5: For such along time i haven't worn blush or brought blush, i just stopped liking it, infact i think through the whole of summer i can count on one hand how many times i wore blush (about four times). But then it started to become Autumn which ment all the red and browns are back, so i dug out my MUA blusher in shade 5 which again i neglected for a while, but now i'm using it every single day and can't really imagine my make up without it. A bonus is it's also long lasting. I'd say it's definitely a reddy colour whith a slight orange and pink tindge./Rimmel London Glam Eyes quad in shade-025 GREEN SAPPHIRE:I brought this at the start of October i think, but since i first brought it i used it every day after till i found another eye shadow. I only used the golden colour on a daily bases and i have just started experimenting with the green shadows. Just because i'm using a diffrent everyday shadow now doesn't mean i neglect this Quad it's always in my Make up bag, ready for me to use it. The colours are very glitter pigminted but not as messy as i had anticipated. My palette is quite messy but i did get it a bit messy, because it was the last one left./Victoria Beckham-Intimately BECKHAM: Again this is something i neglected for a while, i went off the smell. But now i love it again and it has nearly become my everday sent. The smell is very strong and almost over powering but if that's the type of scent you like i'd definitely recommend it. I don't find it lingures for to long two hours at the most i'd say, so you do have to keep topping up but other than that i love it./Simple kind to skin replenishing RICH MOISTURISER: Another Simple product that i did mention again in my previous Simple blog post, but i have been loving this through october and again i feel it is really helping my skin./NIVEA anti-perspirant-Pearl and Beauty: I don't know if this is to personal for some people but i have to mention this i absolutley love it and i can find no fault with it. It smells amazing, it lingures for ages and it really soft and gentle to the underarm. It caused my skin no aggravation which surprised me but it didn't, i also prefer a roll on to a deodrant (newly converted). I would definitely recommend this product to anyone./Cotton soft cotton wool Round pads: I have also been converted to these, after i found using normal cotton wool to clumsy when i'm cleansing or toning, so now i am full converted to these cotton soft cotton wool round pads and now i only use cotton woll for nail polish remover./MUA Eye Shadow shade-17 MATT: This is my new favourite eye shadow i only brought it last week, the week before that and i've used it everday since. It makes me look much more awake than i am and although it looks rather pale, it is quite a natural skin colour tone, almost like a champagne colour. It's quite powdery/chalky and definitely not as matte as othe MUA Eye shadows but i'd say it's my favourite so far.
So that was my first ever monthly favourites, hope you enjoyed it.
